Take a look at this continuum: Extreme Chaos - Good Chaos - "X" - Good Order - Extreme Order Where would you say you are? On a good day? On a bad day? What is your centre of gravity? Where would you like to be? Where is the world? Our society? Write down a short answer to each of these. And now what is that sweet spot in the middle? X = FLOW Flow is good. The goldilocks moment where conditions are “just right”. This is how life thrives, in goldilocks moments when the conditions are just right for the whole system to thrive. If we 10,000 miles away further than the sun, life would not be here as...
You think the world is one way, then something happens, and you realize its another way. The firm ground of reality you have been standing on all this time, turns out to be thin ice. Cracks appear. The Idea doesn't hold the weight of what you are now seeing and experiencing, and you slip through. Bubbles burst. Empires fall. Scientific realities are proven false. Lies are told and believed. Some are like this: "Magic doesn't exist. God isn't real." "I thought I was loved, but now my heart is broken.","I thought you were a good person, how could you do this?" It can be a moment when we are "out of our minds" and see suddenly see, not just all the pieces fitting together, but we see the whole pattern. Then your psyche is infused with the flowing gold of creativity. Your psyche becomes the gold that gilds these fragments into one gloriously alive whole. This is more than "seeing the world as...
What is your relationship to the present moment?
As you prepare yourself for this SoulScape, I want you to pay attention to the light of aliveness inside you. As you paint, paint from there. What this does is separate you from the veil of thoughts, and use them, use them as part of your palette. Use the emotions, like an artist would put paint to paper.
Put yourself fully into this present moment.
(You can do this with your eyes open with a soft gaze, or eyes shut.)
Can you think of a moment in the future that you want to create? A moment that lights you up, and that lights up everyone around you You are with the people you want to be with, in the place you want to be, doing the things you want to be doing. Most importantly, you are experiencing what you want to experience.
When you have, do this guided visualisation:
